Arisz Acquisition Corp. Announces Extension Of Deadline To May 22, 2023 To Complete Business Combination

Arisz Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: ARIZ ("Arisz" or the "Company"), a special purpose acquisition company, announced today that Arisz Investments LLC, the Company's initial public offering sponsor, has timely deposited into the Company's trust account, an aggregate of $690,000, in order to extend the period of time the Company has to complete a business combination for an additional three (3) month period, from February 22, 2023 to May 22, 2023 (the "Extension"). The Extension is the second of up to two three-month extensions permitted under Arisz's governing documents. The Extension provides Arisz with additional time to complete its proposed business combination with Finfront Holding Company ("BitFuFu").
