CNA Financial (NYSE:CNA) reported quarterly earnings of $1.25 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.21 by 3.31 percent. This is a 6.02 percent decrease over earnings of $1.33 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $3.69 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $3.62 billion by 1.91 percent. This is a 5.19 percent increase over sales of $3.51 billion the same period last year.
