CNA Financial (NYSE:CNA) reported quarterly earnings of $1.03 per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.14 by 9.65 percent. This is a 20.77 percent decrease over earnings of $1.30 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $3.63 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $3.07 billion by 18.14 percent. This is a 5.31 percent increase over sales of $3.44 billion the same period last year.
