StoneX Group Inc. (NASDAQ:SNEX), a global financial services firm, today announced it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire Intercam Advisors, Inc. and Intercam Securities, Inc. from Intercam Holdings, Inc.
The proposed acquisition remains subject to the negotiation and execution of definitive agreements, which will be subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
"This transaction aligns with StoneX's strategy of expanding its global wealth management footprint, particularly in Latin America, and providing clients with broader access to markets and investment products," said Jay Carter, CEO of StoneX Wealth Management.
The parties are working toward finalizing terms and entering into a definitive agreement in the near future.
