Onto Innovation (NYSE:ONTO) reported quarterly earnings of $1.25 per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.30 by 3.77 percent. This is a 5.3 percent decrease over earnings of $1.32 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $253.60 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $252.26 million by 0.53 percent. This is a 4.65 percent increase over sales of $242.33 million the same period last year.
