Cosmos Health Inc. ("Cosmos Health" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:COSM), a diversified, vertically integrated global healthcare group, announced today that it has commenced purchases of Ethereum (ETH), advancing its digital asset treasury reserve strategy.

Pursuant to its financing facility of up to $300 million (the "Facility") with a U.S.-based institutional investor, Cosmos Health has completed its initial $1 million purchase of ETH.
