GreenPower Receives Nasdaq Notice Of Delisting; Appeals Determination Ahead Of September 5 Suspension

GreenPower Motor Company Inc. (NASDAQ:GP) (TSXV:GPV) ("GreenPower" or the "Company") announces that on August 27, 2025, the Company received a determination letter (the "Letter") from the staff of Nasdaq Listing Qualifications (the "Staff") stating that the Company has not regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rules 5550(a)(2) (the "Rule"). The Letter stated that, unless the Company requests an appeal of this determination no later than 4:00 p.m. (Eastern time) on September 3, 2025, the Staff has determined that the Company's common shares will be scheduled for delisting from The Nasdaq Capital Market and will be suspended at the opening of business on September 5, 2025, and a Form 25-NSE will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission which will remove the Company's common shares from listing and registration on The Nasdaq Stock Market. The Company is requesting a hearing to appeal this determination.
