OSHKOSH, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Oshkosh Defense LLC, an Oshkosh Corporation [NYSE: OSK] business, announced today that the U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) has placed an $89 million order for new Palletized Load System (PLS) A2 vehicles, kits, and installs under the Family of Heavy Tactical Vehicles (FHTV) V contract.

The PLS A2 delivers a range of advanced technologies, including by-wire functionality to enable autonomous operation and active safety systems that increase protection and efficiency for Soldiers operating in complex environments. These capabilities are critical enablers for multi-domain operations and ensure sustainment across dispersed battlefields and contested supply lines.
