Nano Labs Ltd (NASDAQ:NA) ("we," the "Company" or "Nano Labs"), a leading Web 3.0 infrastructure and product solution provider, announced that its board of directors has authorized a share repurchase program under which the Company may repurchase up to US$25.0 million worth of its shares within the next 12 months, subject to market conditions.
