Updated Full Year 2025 Financial Guidance

For the full year 2025, Option Care Health now expects to generate:

•Net revenue of $5.60 billion to $5.65 billion

•Adjusted diluted earnings per share of $1.68 to $1.72

•Adjusted EBITDA of $468 million to $473 million

•Cash flow from operations of at least $320 million

•Effective tax rate of 25% to 27%

•Net interest expense of approximately $55 million to $57 million
