CNA Financial (NYSE:CNA) reported quarterly earnings of $1.50 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.32 by 13.64 percent. This is a 38.89 percent increase over earnings of $1.08 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $3.817 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $3.430 billion by 11.28 percent. This is a 5.50 percent increase over sales of $3.618 billion the same period last year.
