Critical Metals Corp Announces That The Environment Agency For Mineral Resource Activities Has Approved The Geochemical Test Work Reports For Its Tanbreez Project In Greenland

Critical Metals Corp. (NASDAQ:CRML) ("Critical Metals Corp" or the "Company"), a leading critical minerals mining company, today announced the approval of the geochemical test work reports for the Tanbreez project.

On September 29, 2025, Critical Metals Corp, through its Greenlandic company, Tanbreez Mining Greenland A/S, submitted a geochemical test report for the hill site at the Tanbreez Project and a comparison report together with the mine and closure plan. The Environment Agency for Mineral Resource Activities (EAMRA) has now informed the Company, that it has determined, based on the review of the reports submitted, that the required geochemical test work has been completed.

The reports were drafted by Danish engineering firm NIRAS A/S ("NIRAS"), a globally leading multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy based in Denmark.

"The fast approval of these test reports, which can be credited to Greenland authorities as well as the professional work by NIRAS, is a key milestone for Critical Metals Corp towards commencing the mining process at Tanbreez," said Tony Sage, CEO and Executive Chairman of Critical Metals Corp. The remaining approvals to be obtained for the Tanbreez Project include: 

• Obtaining approval of the remaining parts of the mine and closure plan.
• Obtaining approval of plans for specific activities.
