ECD Automotive Design, Inc. (NASDAQ:ECDA) ("ECD" or the "Company"), the world's largest Land Rover and Jaguar restoration company known for its custom luxury builds, including bespoke Defenders, Range Rovers, Jaguar E-Types, Ford Mustangs and Toyota FJs, today announced a U.S. distribution alliance with Chelsea Truck Company ("CTC"), a subsidiary of Kahn Design, to create a new collaborative line of Land Rover Defender L663 and INEOS Grenadier builds under the joint brand ECD × CTC.
The ECD × CTC collaboration combines CTC's British design and parts engineering expertise with ECD's full-vehicle craftsmanship, performance integration, and interior luxury capabilities. Vehicles will be assembled at ECD's facility in Kissimmee, Florida, by ECD technicians using CTC's premium exterior and interior components. The result is a new class of modern luxury builds designed for faster delivery, holistic engineering, and refined design execution. It is estimated that since their introduction to the market in 2020 and 2023 respectively, there have been over 100,000 new Land Rover Defenders and 12,000 new INEOS Grenadiers sold in the United States.
