Centene Corporation (the Company) will appear at the UBS 2025 Global Healthcare Conference on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 10:15 a.m. EST. At the conference, and in subsequent discussions with investors, members of management will discuss the Company's financial outlook, which is consistent with its previously-issued full year 2025 GAAP forecast of a diluted loss per share not to exceed $(12.85) and full year 2025 adjusted diluted earnings per share (EPS) forecast of at least $2.00.
